Reform is not possible. We must now demand our independence. Please consider signing the following petition..

      Whereas, the general government of these united States has, and continues to unlawfully define the limits of its own power to the disadvantage of the separate and sovereign States and of the people, and
      Whereas these repeated and ever worsening encroachments upon the lives, liberty, and property of the People of the sovereign States constitutes and evidences a clear design to enslave them under an absolute despotism, and
      Whereas it is the unalienable, God-given right of the People of the sovereign States, each State acting for itself as an independent polity, to abolish any form of government that has become destructive of life, liberty, and property, and
      Whereas, free men are under no compulsion to yield their freedom to perpetuate a government that no longer secures their liberty and happiness, no matter what their affection for its history,
      Now therefore, I, the undersigned, petition the government of the State of Florida to present to the people a ballot initative amending the Florida Constitution to validate the right of secession from the United States.

This petition is for legal citizens of the State of Florida only.
